The past few weeks have been amusing to say the least. So much has happened:
Tyler got me liles, my favorite flower. twice. :)
we tried on ridiculous sunglasses at the mall.
and tyler flaunted his.
our bedroom window got broken into.
charla (our fabulous roomie) moved in.
tyler played tennis. (look at those sexy legs!)
alicia and i cooked french onion soup.
and made trifles for dessert.
and, last but not least, the boyfriend pillow smothered charla while she took a nap.
As for the bedroom window incident, i'd better explain before you all go asking me. The girls above us had a prank war with some guys down the street one night. Alicia and I both had work early that next morning, so about an hour after we both left, the guys were boosting eachother up trying to tape something to the girl's window, and they ended up kicking ours in the process. Alicia's bed was right under the window, and if she had been there, she would have had huge shards of glass in her. Talk about divine intervention. So they replaced it a couple hours later and cleaned it all up, but it was still pretty crazy. It turns out one of the guys involved was Tyler's roommate, haha. :)the end.

I am so glad to see that you still have your boyfriend pillow! And your soup and dessert looks pretty good! And oh the essence of pranks, least they had fixed it! Everything happens for a reason!!!
How did you get the picture of the flower to look like that?? It's awesome!
Those windows break really easily- talk about cheap glass. No wonder our heating bills are so high.
I thought Lily's were white- they're really more red/pink?
Also, I had no idea the boyfreiend pillow was still around. He is sure a great guy. We need to keep him around for future generations.
It's nice to see that they still have those "lovely" blue Colony couches! I'm glad you're having so much fun! We have another option for Tyler...he can sleep in the hammock! See you later this week! Glad Tyler gets you real flowers...Brian won't buy me fresh flowers because "they just die anyway." Oh well.
Kenzie--That's sad that Brian doesn't buy you flowers. I'm so lucky! We're REALLY excited to see you.
Courtney--Lilies usually only come in white, but Tyler got them this time in yellow and an orangey-red. They were so beautiful!! Also, Alicia has recently become attached to the Boyfriend Pillow. (it's funny...every guy that comes to our apartment snuggles with him!) We might need to use force to pull him away if you guys really want him...
Lilies: There are many different types of lilies. The ones Alex recieved from Tyler are Asiatic Lilies, they come in Orange, Yellow, Purple/Pink and a red. The white are called White Orientals that have more of a smell then Asiatics, can actually be a pretty strong smell, but the strongest of them all are called Star Gazer Lilies, these have a white outside with a pink variegated stripe on the inside, very pretty!
Thanks, Mindy! I love the smell of lilies, but I also love the strong, bold colored ones. I love them all.
